‘Meghan Markle and Kate’s feud FAKED to cover-up real rift between WILLIAM and HARRY’ – Express

After months of overwhelming public support, the rumour-mill suddenly picked up on a perceived rift between Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge. But royal commentator and former Sunday Express editor Martin Townsend suggested rumours surrounding the two Duchesses could be a ploy to hide the resurgence of a historical conflict between their husbands, Prince Harry and Prince William. Speaking to Today, Mr Townsend said: "I think that’s more likely that there’s tension there. "There was this suggestion that William had had a word with Harry before the wedding to Meghan, saying he didn’t think Meghan was really Princess material. Apparently, that really upset Harry. "There are stories that have emerged recently about a rift going back many, many years where Harry would behave badly. The royal expert added: "That’s a little bit more realistic than ....

For the first time their relationship really suffered and they barely spoke. “In the end, he forgave William because it wasn’t really William’s fault but it took some time. The decision further fuelled rumours of a break between the Sussex and Cambridge households. Until now, Meghan and Harry - who wed last May - have lived at Nottingham Cottage next door to William and Kate. Harry and Meghan are expecting their first child in April and Meghan has enlisted top design director Vicky Charles for her Frogmore multi-million pound makeover. The Duchess is said to be using a "gender-neutral" palette of whites and greys in the property’s re-design as she admitted to not wanting to know the sex of her child before the arrival. . .
