An Afghan interpreter who was facing the threat of deportation despite once working for the Prince of Wales has won permission to stay in Britain.Nazir Ayeen, 29, said that it was a dream to have been granted leave to remain after his visa expired. He told the Daily Mail that he was looking forward to building on the life he has started in Britain. He hopes to become a civil servant after completing his studies.Mr Ayeen, who is an avid Manchester United fan, assisted the British Army for three years and faced rockets and mortars on the front line in Helmand Province.
